How to delete your account

You can delete your KnoBall account and the personal data tied to it.

Option A — In the App: open Profile → Settings → Delete account and follow the prompt.

Option B — Email: write to knoball4@gmail.com from the email on your account with the subject line Account deletion. We will verify it is you, then delete or de-identify personal data, typically within 30 days.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel KnoBall Pro. Cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or you may still be charged until the period ends.

Game Rules are also available in the App from the Daily Quiz screen (Rules). Use these public links in App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Superwall, and anywhere a reviewer or user needs to open the documents without the app.
